2- To submit a referral, it’s recommended to send direct messages to job owners to know more details before submitting any referral
3- If your referral was accepted that means the job owner is interested and opened the contact information of your referral.
4- Send direct messages to job owners to follow up on your accepted referrals. ReferYes is not responsible to follow up on candidate placements or split reward payments. Recruiters can contact each other directly through our messaging system to follow up on their candidates or to sign a contract before submitting a referral. At ReferYes we don’t charge any fees on successful split rewards and we don’t control reward payments.
5- The advertised reward will be fully paid to you if a placement occurs and ReferYes will not deduct any commission fees.
6- Once your referral is accepted, you will have the ability to review the job owner. It is important to review other users to control the quality of jobs and referrals
